Note this NOT the top of the arch, this is a point that is part of the overall rocky formation in the area, so calling it The Delicate Arch Formation. But it is a heavily hiked area with trails to see the infamous arch in the park. Along the hike and along the amphitheater of the arch area is a series of sandstone knobs where you can observe the arch that are taller than the top of the arch. But they all appear to require class 5 skills to summit and all have much exposure. There are at least four knobs along this ridge that are above elevation 4880 but the easternmost knob appears to be the highest breaking 4920.

The dot is hard to show as it should in in the third closed contour above the 4800 at 4920 but on the aerial that misses the top of the pinnacle so setting the red dot splitting the difference by placing it near the pinnacle top (just south) and very near the third closed contour (just north).

The saddle connection is more complicated. The next nearest highest neighbor is east at point 5050 and there is about 400 feet drop between them the but actual connecting saddle is you could call it that runs north around Winter Camp Wash to a connecting saddle at elevation 4740 before swinging around the wash and back up slope to the Southwest. The ridge to the west has the highest connecting saddle at around 4740 as well thus using a COL of 4740

The peak appears to have more prominence in that there are 400 to 500 foot drops in nearly every direction but the sandstone erosion does provide a meandering connection the north before swinging east then south that disrupts it making the 300 foot threshold.
