Quebec names Sandy Bay Mountain as "Mont Belanger", an Observation Platform and a Lean-to has been erected on its main (North) summit, offering an outstanding 360 degree panorama. Both summits can be accessed from a network of maintained trails (a short bushwack is required for the South summit). The Trailhead Parking complete with a kiosk/maps is at the west end of Lac Emilie.
