Sugarloaf Mountain, an ancient volcano and one of the oldest mountain in North America, is the focal point of New Brunswick's second largest Provincial Park. It is the dominant feature of the city of Campbellton, and with its rocky open summit offers wonderful panoramic views of the whole area.
A benchmark is embedded in a tall concrete pedestal "GEODETIC SURVEY OF CANADA. #24136"
