Montana de Guaza is a volcanic cone that erupted to the south forming a huge mesa which drops directly into the Atlantic Ocean. The north-south Mountain, capped with Communication Towers, forms the east wall of the town of Playa de Los Cristianos, it is zoned as a special "Protected Area for Birds of Prey"
