Tinkham Peak's twin rocky summits liue along the Cascade crest just south of Silver Peak. The topographic map labels the east peak with the "Tinkham Peak" label and provides a spot elevation of 5395 feet, but the west peak is slightly higher and holds the Mountaineers trail register. A survey using photo-pixel analysis indicates that the west peak is most likely about five feet higher.
