DescriptionThis irregular shaped park is situated on the shores of Round and Wiwassasegen lakes, east of Hwy#69 and approx 28km north of Parry Sound (A-400, exit 224). A non-operating "nature reserve class" park with no facilities offering limited day-use activities such-as hiking, fishing and canoeing - there are no formal trails. The park's High Point is at the very southeast boundary line as shown on the "Ontario-Basic Map". Access is via a long woods road walk of approx 8.7km followed by a short 250meter bushwhack. The woods road leaves Hwy#69 southwest of the High Point at (GPS 45.47700,-80.17792, elev 208m) 23km north of A-400, exit 224. |
