DescriptionIf you look on Peakbagger, US topo maps and and other sources, you will find no guidance for the this HP. The State Park is broken up into various sections all surrounding Jordan Lake and its tributaries. The best I could find from a rough bushwhack on the Haw River Section is higher ground amidst many lower points down by the Lake and the river.
If you take Highway 64 east from Pittsboro and head right on Foxfire Trace near the bridge, and then right again River Bluff and the cul-de-sac near River Trail you will notice a distinct uphill near pine forests with little understory. The highest ground is unremarkable and full of plants and trees. No views.
