| DescriptionThis is the highest paved through road in America, per Gerry Roach and additional research. It is higher than the other well known passes in CO incl Cottonwood, Loveland, Independence etc.
BTW - Cottonwood Pass is not paved on it's W side.
Several through pass roads are higher but are not paved. Several higher one-way paved roads also exist. |
