A prominent feature on the Wapack Trail over Temple Mountain is this ledgy peak with several 6-foot tall cairns. The name is found in the Wapack Trail Guide, but this peak is often just called "Temple Mountain", while the summit is usually referred to as Holt Peak. The once panoramic views from the ledges are now blocked by trees.
