Ascent Trip ReportThis was a Sierra Club trip led by Matt Blum. We left from the PCT trailhead near Lake Mary around 9:15am. We went up the talus slope from the Benson Hut to Anderson, continued down the ridge to Tinker Knob, took the Mount Judah loop trail on the way back (I quickly summited Donner Peak as well) and finished around 6:15pm. Thunderstorms threatened around us in the afternoon, and we could see rain just east of Donner Lake and down to South Lake Tahoe. ~17 miles, ~2,700ft gained.
