Ascent Trip ReportFrom the saddle around 7800' it is possible to cross onto the mellow upper reaches of the Kimtah Glacier and approach Cosho's E face. The slabs are a little exposed but not too bad. My plan was to continue along Ragged Ridge to exit Panther Creek, but I didn't know how to got the W side of the summit block. I explored exiting down the north ridge but turned back at yet another steep sketchy gully, and ended up looping back around to the snowfield and crossing my tracks back to the ridge. From my low vantage I thought a gully off the ridge was the way to go. After dropping down, turning right, and cliffing out, a sketchy climb up a short wall took me to the ledge I should have taken in the first place. This is the great ledge just south and around the corner from the E face slabs.
