Ascent Trip ReportClimbed with Chris Larsen of Mountain Skills Academy. Very warm weather after a week of snowfall week prior. Postholing and wallowing up the ramp to the summit face. Identified high avalanche risk (slab) and turned around. After we got off the face, we witnessed a large avalance coming down from our point of turn. There were two climbers up there whose tracks we had seen. After reaching camp we alerted search and rescue. Ultimately, climbers were found safe. All in all, a good experience and will have to go back. Beautiful mountain.
