Ascent of Lightning Peak on 2018-06-02
|Date:||Saturday, June 2, 2018|
|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Elevation:||4654 ft / 1418 m|
Ascent Trip ReportNice but steep trail to ridge. First half mile is idyllic, expected Frodo to pop out ! Take climbers trail south at ridge. Gully was snow filled, crampons to the top. Good time of year to climb with boulders covered. Ridge is a real scramble exposed in places. Good views.
