Ascent Trip ReportCoors Light Peak! Firm snow going up from Cross Mountain Saddle. Powder snow from recent snow on the north aspects of the notch. Great day, whumping on the way down through apparently only partially consolidated snow in Bilk Basin. Snowshoes useful later in the day to escape postholing back to our car on the Dolores river. |
