Ascent Trip Report

This was one of the worst day of my life... We parked on the side of the road to take the same trail as Gabriel Couet by the electric line. But there was snow and we didn’t have snowshoes so we went on foot and it was absolutely terrible. That was a big mistake!!! It took me over 2 hours to go to the top and my wife and the kids stop at halfway cause it was to hard to do.... I sunk in water and i didn’t felt my left foot once the top. It was frozen!!! I change the trail to go back to the car and that seems to be the one Ben Lostracco took. It was great for about 15 min and i ran to feel my right foot again but then.... the snow was not hard enough to support me and my 200lbs!! The rest was absolutely nuts.... Walking for 1h45 with snow to my knees was some kind of hell on earth believe me!!! I arrived behind the house completely exhausted!!! I sat in the car and cry like a baby for 5 min. So, to the ones who read this don’t ever go on snow without snowshoes!!!!By the way, no views at all on top!!!
