Ascent Trip ReportFailed, attempting north face to cables route. Turned back at Granite Pass by 60-70 mph winds... Also, we AT skied and the snow cover was terrible. We ended up carrying skis for 1/3 of the ascent. Carried ice screws, crampons, and axes for nothing, sigh... Better to go big and fail than go small and succeed! Pics |
