Ascent Trip Report

You see this peak as you climb up and around Piper Meadows and it looks more impressive than it is in that the connecting saddle makes the prominence only about 165 feet. I did measure it in the field although the peak was placed in without the saddle elevation which sadly was very easy to put in the database.
There is an easy grassy field approach to the peak with some scattered ponderosa pines and at the summit some nice views of Mummy Mountain and Fairchild in the national park
