Ascent Trip ReportOne of the more difficult peaks I have climbed. The .8 mile trail from Galehead hut goes straight up. While climbing this trail, I could not help but think that my plans had me re-climbing this trail first thing the next day on my way over to the bonds. (they could really need a cutover trail here) At the top, I met 2 guys. (in their 20s) who were doing the Pemi-loop. Ugh what a long day that had to be. I still had North Twin and Galeshead to complete, so I did not linger. Was able to get a signal, so took the time to text my wife to tell her I was safe. Very nice views from the rocky top.
