Ascent Trip Report

No doubt, this is my favorite mountain of all the NH48. The views are incredible. No road or building in site. The cliffs are crazy beautiful. I had the peak to myself, but it would have been much better to have someone else with me to share these views. Fall was a small bit past peak, but you still had a lot of golden yellow leaves on the birch trees, and some muted red leaves left on the maples. I rested and enjoyed my lunch while I listened to birds chirping and the winds blowing. GREAT PEAK. Solo hiked as part of a 4 day 12 peak hike. This was #38 of the NH48.
