Ascent of Mount Cook on 2017-10-09
|Date:||Monday, October 9, 2017|
|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Location:||Canada-British Columbia|
| Elevation:||8780 ft / 2676 m|
Ascent Trip ReportScramble up from camp near Wedgemount Hut. I went directly up a gully with loose rocks from the "bench". This was quicker than following the cairns around to the left. Downclimb on the "notch" before the summit was icy & a little exposed, but not too difficult. Amazing views.
