Ascent Trip ReportNice little escape to walk some hills at the tail end of a primarily urban vacation in London & Edinburgh. Easy to access the trails at Pentland Hills regional park by route 4 bus to Hillend from Princes street. Super views of Edinburgh and Arthur's Seat. Nice pub for lunch next to the bus stop before returning to Edinburgh. I loved my time out there. This walk planted the seed for my return visit to Scotland the following year. |
