Ascent Trip ReportStarted 7:30am, peaked at 12:40pm (5:10 up) started down at 1:40pm, finished at 5:10pm (3:30 down). Felt good, hydrated/slept/ate/rested well the day before. Didn't have any trouble until ~9000ft, then felt the altitude. Definitely felt it at the top, a little queasy. Way down was fine, except the usual sore feet and also the soles of my boots detached and we had to tape them back on. Hiked with Cal, Tim, Tony, and Lauren. Adopted Eric at the summit. Great weather and views! |
