Ascent Trip Report

Climbed this "hill" from a distance it looked like loose black soil and scrub but it is actually a volcanic cone feature of hard stone some black or dark gray to pinkish at top. Rhyolite and other ingneous rock some with large vesciles for gas escape. Some glassy some very basaltic looking. Found some minor footpath use on back side.
