Ascent Trip ReportTrudy had appointments at DHMC early in the morning starting with Lab at 7 am and a bone biopsy at 8am with a long break until seeing Dr. Heck at 3pm. Beautiful day so drove to Cadigan State Park and Trudy stayed and slept in car while I did a fast hike. Took 35 minutes to ascend via the West Ridge Trail, spent about 5 minutes taking pictures and drinking the bottle of water I brought with me at the firetower on the summit then 29 minutes on the descent so 1 hr 9 minutes total for 3 mile hike.1300 ft elevation gain |
