Ascent Trip ReportI led as a Mountaineers scramble. Rode bikes to the TH from the Carbon River Ranger Station. It had rained the day before which cleared the smoke. Cloudy in the morning, but sunny and beautiful by the time we made the summit. Lots of fallen logs to cross over, but were expecting it. Used the scramble rope to get to the saddle right before the summit, pretty steep and did arm rappel to get down this short section. All 3 of us got stung by wasps right before reaching the trail on the descent.
