Ascent Trip ReportTriple check you're going down the right couloir on the descent. I went down the wrong one and it took me about 5 hours just to get from the summit down to the top of the glacier around 12,600', after about a dozen rappels on a 50m. Part of the problem was lack of anything to rap off of (I think the snow coverage made that worse) and getting my rope stuck twice when pulling after a rappel. 19 hours RT. Maybe the lesson is (1) don't do this alone and (2) don't push it all in one day - camp at the base so you can get an early start (and get good visuals of where you're going to go).
It's an amazing mountain, enjoy the climb!
