Ascent Trip ReportGreen-and-white markers lead from the trailhead (although I parked half a mile earlier, just before agate, which looked as if it might be locked in the evening). The obvious summit is marked by a cairn on a rock plateau, but continue for another hundred yards and you will reach a much steeper rock that certainly deserves to be the summit, although this and the cairn aren't intervisible, so I couldn't tell. This rock has the remains of metal handrails, although it is really only an optional, gentle, mini-scramble.
