Ascent Trip ReportA great traverse of the (in)famous Aonach Eagach ridge, including quite a few airy moments and stunning views on both sides of the ridge. We were glad to not have brought the kids and finished the day off with a climb up the summit of the Pap of Glencoe which we tried, but failed, to reach 11 years earlier (with Gustav, then less than one year old and having quite a high fever, on my back…). Our dinner that evening – back at the classic Ballachulish Hotel – tasted particularly good! |
