Ascent Trip ReportOn the way north on I-95 towards Boston, I couldn't resist this point. It's in a county park which turned out to be a blast for the kids. They enjoyed the petting zoo, playground, and extra-long tube slide while dad wandered around, as this is not their preferred style of peakbagging. From southwest to northeast, the points are a picnic area, a knob just north of the fire tower, and a knob in the woods. I visited all three, and couldn't tell which of the first two was higher. The park was quite busy, but luckily the folks at the picnic area kindly let me crash their birthday party.
