Ascent Trip ReportJust a spectacular day. 21 miles went by in no time. No one on the trail until last two miles couple guys on horseback. Amazing August weather. Back at trailhead by 1 after 430 am start in the dark. tag of track on the hillside but easier to stay on route on the return. The best views of all my favorite San Juan peaks from the summit. Getting close to 100 and close to tearing up. |
