| Elevation:||12590 ft / 3837 m|
Ascent Trip ReportClimbed with my son Cole (20) who has been rock climbing since Fathers Day but only two brief outings climbing outside. Climbed the North Ridge as a dayhike (21 hours).
A long day because we belayed much of the 3rd and 4th class. Summited right before sunset. Tricky descent in the dark. Only remember one cairn. Pretty serious mountain for my kid but he was up to the challenge. He never hung or fell. Very cool to do a climb like this with your kid.
Had great weather.
