Ascent Trip ReportParked on Glenties Way, legal and paved, then went around the corner to the unsigned, ungated trail head on Woodward Ave. Look for the two old yellow gate poles before the last house. Well worn and well maintained very nice trail. Locals have taken the time to trim bushes and cut little footsteps in the steeper sections. At the first split go right for the well engineered swithbacks, staying right again at the next split to get to the summit. Summit was disappointing with broken furniture on a flat plateau. The next bump East looked interesting and I could see a large cross there so I went over and followed the various trails up to the top. Another plateau where some old foundations remained and also the very large cross on the point. Returned on the other trail I knew would link back up to my original route where I took the first split. Very enjoyable trails, not so great summits.
