Ascent Trip ReportThree day trip with Mark and Tom G. Camped at Emerald Lake. Mosquitoes were bad as expected. We were well prepared for them. Going up towards La Bohn Gap was a bit sketchy, but we made it work. Low clouds made navigation harder so we went with GPS track that went left of the largest La Bohn Lakes although I knew there was supposed to be a route that went right of the lake that was supposed to be marked with cairns. We used this route on the return which I think would have been faster. Maybe we should have gone up and down the waterfall route as it was snow free, but who knows. Clouds lifted around noonish and the views were gorgeous.
