Ascent Trip Report

16th time around this classic walk. Started in Horton-in-Ribblesdale and went anti-clockwise. Crossed the bogs on the traditional route between Pen-y-ghent and Whernside. Fortunately after a relatively dry spell they weren't too bad. Then up the "old route" on to Whernside. Amazingly I saw no-one on Whernside. OK it wasn't a weekend but it was the middle of summer. Plenty of people on Ingleborough. Round in what now seems to be my usual 9 hours and 10 minutes.
