Ascent Trip ReportGot right below upper Rainy tackled a huge chunk of that ridge. Ran low on gas but would have kept going if I wasn't solo. Ended up doing a really fun boulder hop around Rainy and had a blast. Was really tempted to swim but that water was cold. Perfect temp all morning 70° lots of blow downs nothing to fresh. I wacked at the overgrowth on the way up, contimplating dipping into my WTA experiences and bringing my chainsaw to tackle some of those ridiculous blow downs you have to walk around. All in all it was an amazing day.
Thanks to Outdoors & Stuff for the excellent write up and gpx file from a summer hike, seemed most I found where wintery ascents.
