Ascent Trip ReportPeak 4 of 4 (officially) - What a fantastic finish to a riveting and run out ridge! There's practically a patio with a lookout of the lake and I cherished it as my birthday present to myself for as long as I felt warranted, then took off, bushwacking towards the road. That was annoying but I found an amazing wide trail running straight back to Camp Bear Trap, where I took the trail back to my car. Whew! That was cool! Then I saw the cute girl I met at the ranch at swing dancing that night! Kayla and I danced a bunch...happy birthday to me! |
