Ascent Trip Reportthere seems to be mixed opinion regarding the "switchbacks" at the start... they don't really exist any more: the original pack trail must have washed out. i found brief segments of what may have been the switchbacks, but mostly i just pushed uphill in whichever direction worked.
for the summit talus slog there is a use trail, with some cairns. it works out pretty well to reduce the steepness. (it wasn't necessary for descent.) |
