15 minute ferry from Arscoggsandur, 0930, 1130 etc, 1500kr return. Road/track leads to lighthouse with island HP a short way onwards, boulder or soil ridge just beyond, with steep slope dropping down to shoreline. Summit is in nature reserve, best visited by tractor tour as foot access discouraged. Tour goes soon after 1145. We were back out before tractor went in, and returned to mainland on 1300 ferry.
Weather was forecast wet this morning hence a low level destination, but weather quite pleasant. Pm we head for Tindastoll.
