Ascent Trip ReportAfter arriving in the village of Balanesti we parked near the 2 shops and followed the track/road north-east heading up. This route was muddy, and seemed to me difficult to pass in a car even in dry conditions. At a certain point we intercepted another track: this way is perhaps easier to ascend in a car (when dry).
Just kept climbing until we reached the summit. Also met a nice local (Sergei) who invited us in for local wine, meat and general conversation. Altogether a nice little hike! (total 5.2km). |
