Ascent Trip ReportPerfect blue sky day. Headed of a bit later after breakfast with the kids at about 0700. Just under 3 hours to get up at a leisurely pace. Ben, the 13 year old was waiting there for us and starting to get cold being 30 mins ahead.
Opened a bottle of nice wine at the top and had a sip while Sam played ukulele with Everest, Lhotse, Cho You, etc all around us. Easy walk/run down took about an hour. |
