Ascent Trip ReportLafayette Loop 3-19-17 9 Miles 9.5 hrs
Hike the Lafayette Loop with Cheryl , Deirdre & Brian . Plans were to hike Kinsmans by way of Mtn Kinsman Trail but when we got to TH lot was not plowed & no one had been up..We didn't feel like breaking trail so we went for the loop.
So glad we did I think today was the best time I have ever been on the Ridge just GORGEOUS ..Had a late start & took a boat load of pics as you can see.Not to many people on the trails....
Snowshoes went for a ride as I wore crampons all day taking them off only between Little Haystack & Lincoln
What started out as a crappy day turn out fantastic especially with the friends I hiked with Thanks Cheryl , Deirdre & Brian Platt
