Ascent Trip ReportLooking for a different vibe than what we had just experienced on Bald Mt., Jax and I stopped to get one more quick hike in before heading home. Just like the last time we climbed Sawyer, we were the only ones on the trail. The trail was broken but actually very soft, likely due to the temps. being in the mid-40's today. Wore snowshoes the whole time and the hike took 1:15 at a leisurely pace. The trail is more meandering than it ever is difficult. Would like to do again in the summer sometime and take the time to explore a bit and try to find another viewpoint.
