Ascent Trip ReportWhen Ken Oeser was here more than a decade ago, the area was being developed. Now there's a house where he found a lot.The homeowner cheerfully gave me permission to walk to the back fence of her property that looks like the hiighpoint (although I wasn't sure where the county line was). Otherwise directions unchanged. I left I-64 at the exit for 395 to 636 that meets 53/44 where Ken Oeser's directions start. I returned to I-64 at the 53 interchange. Round trip from interstate took 45 minutes including walking the yard and talking to the homeowner. An easy county. |
