Ascent Trip Report

South ridge route from Beaver Creek. Degraded 4WD road gives out to just trail at about 12,200 ft. After that, there are cairns, but the route is basically visible. Instead of re-tracing my steps, I descended SE and climbed unranked Palmer Pk. (12,517 ft.) before traversing to the west to re-join my ascent route. I saw no one until I was within about a quarter mile of the 2WD TH.
