Ascent Trip ReportDid this one with Duane, Dan, and Greg F. We encountered soft snow near the pass that resulted in a lot of post-holing. These snow conditions plus our need to return to Topaz Mtn where we were camped prompted our abandonment of this peak. It is a very long day hike from Granite Creek. It should be done by camping in Granite Creek for an early start to summit and return in 1 day. Pictures |
