Ascent Trip Report

Proceeded north along the Ducan Ridge Trail beyond Slaughter Gap and beyond the ridge to around 4 miles, then bushwhacked a southerly ascent of the peak along a ridge with much wild boar damage. Summited the peak for peakbaggin purposes at around 4.2 miles but the views were non exciting. No real signs of any human visits. Many inconspicuous game trails. Descended for fun straight down the eastern side and found some rock shelves to down climb for fun. Then retraced back to the Trailhead at Reece.

In order to do this nonloop trip - there was an additional 1000 required to go down Blood Mountian climb slaughter and reclimb Blood from the other side. Miles on AT = 4 miles round trip
