Ascent Trip Report

I took the West Ridge route, and was able to get my Subaru up to 5500 feet. The route was in good condition with only small amounts of snow on the mountains upper reaches. I found the easiest route over the ridge were either directly over the rocks or bushwhacking on the south side of the ridge where the brush was thinner. It was a solid trip, and easy enough for my dog to make the trip with me. Mostly a slog with some scrambling and boulder hopping.
