Ascent Trip ReportSome might call this peak a dumpster-dive, but I've always loved these kind of humble lowland walks. The views of the I-5 corridor valley are picturesque and delightful, and you can see to Rainier, Three Fingers, Baker, and the whole eastern Olympic range. The walking alternates between single-track trail and logging road in varying states of disuse. We were lucky to have great weather for this hike.
