Ascent Trip Report

My route was on a bicycle. Brown Mountain Beach Rd-Wilson Ridge Trail to unmaintained trail. The route is easy open trail mostly, but long for hiking. This summit can be attained quicker by hiking from FSR 187, Maple Salley Rd. There is a pull-off the gravel rd and an old trail straight up the mountain. Look for the "tank trap" installed by USFS to keep ATV's off the trail. Summit is nice, HP is in some small boulders with a nice view toward Collettsville to the E.
