Ascent Trip ReportI rode the Mountaintop Express and arrived to look for the summit. It appeared that the unloading ramp was the highest, though obviously artificial. I skated around what may have been more natural ground around it, although it was covered in deep snow. As far as the impressiveness of the actual mountain at Vail, it pales in comparison to most other large ski areas. |
